Polaroid by michaelpolom Polaroid by michaelpolom
Just messing around in fireworks, made some polaroid looking photographs from scratch. Not exactly brilliant.

this .png has all layers etc for editing. feel free to pinch the polaroids but not the photographs.

THIS WORKS WITH FIREWORKS ONLY. STOP LEAVING ME MESSAGES COMPLAINING IT DOESN'T WORK WITH PHOTOSHOP

it's weird, I think dA has issues with .png files so you can't set it to use the "Download" button :/

Only fireworks is smart enough to take advantage of the free source code to save layers through a .png ~_^

Sorry, i've no idea why there isn't a download button... The picture itself is a .png file with all the layers so just save that :)

No, the png has no layers. If you go to "zoom in" you only get a bigger preview. Normally, if there is something to download, there has to be a button besides for downloading. Take a look at: [link]

This is a real download file.

Ok, so when I saved it it works. I've no idea why it didnt ask me to put up a download button and theres no option to add one now. Here is the image hosted on my website if you want to try it there. The problem you're having might be that I made it in Fireworks and you're using Photoshop? Anyway, here is the [link]

No chance. Besides, I haven't known, that PNG is able to save layers. And it doesn't: Photoshop shows PNG only with one layer. Who has Fireworks ... I know not a single person who uses it

Well, there's not a lot I can suggest then. I made that about a year ago, having since moved onto PSCS2. If you want some of these then find a tutorial like I did. Here's a link to google for you. [link]
